Oversee the hiring/engagement of professional advisors (legal, CPA, captive manager).
Prepare to transition from Steering Committee to full Board governance.

Day-to-day operations during startup.
Coordinating professionals (attorneys, CPAs, captive consultants).
Grant Writing
Facilitating communication between the Steering Committee and service providers.
Transitioning into a long-term management agreement once the cooperative is formed.
